Age Requirement

 

All clients must be 18 years or older to book services. Refunds will only be issued to the account holder who made the booking.

 

 

General Policy

 

StarGirl Intuitive offers spiritual services including Tarot readings and Spiritual Life Coaching sessions. Refunds are generally not available after services have been completed, as these sessions are delivered live and are non-tangible.

 

 

Single Session Refunds

 

 

• For single tarot or coaching sessions:

  • Completed sessions are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.

 

 

 

Monthly or Package Plans

 

 

• Refunds are only available if the client is not mentally or spiritually prepared for the plan, in which case:

  • Remaining sessions will be refunded proportionally

  • A referral to therapy or other professional support may be provided 

• Monthly or package plans are otherwise non-refundable once sessions have started.

 

 

 

   No-Shows

 

 

• Clients who fail to attend their scheduled session forfeit the session fee, and no refunds will be issued.

 

 

 

   Method of Refund

 

 

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

• Stargirlintuitive reserves the right to delay or withhold refunds if there are payment disputes or fraudulent activity.

 

 

 

   Changes to Refund Policy

 

 

• Stargirlintuitive reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.

• Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or website update.
