   Payment and Account Information

 

All bookings and payments must be made using your own personal payment information. Sharing or using another person’s account or payment details is not permitted.

 

 

    Services and Refund Policy

 

 

• Single Tarot Readings or Spiritual Life Coaching Sessions:
  Refunds are not available after the session has been completed.

• Monthly Coaching Plans:
  Refunds are available only if the client is not mentally or spiritually prepared for the coaching plan. In such cases, remaining sessions will be refunded and a referral to therapy may be provided.

• Cancellations:

  • Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled session will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made after 48 hours from the scheduled session will not be refunded.

•  

• No-Shows:
  Clients who do not attend their scheduled session will forfeit their session fee.

All sessions are conducted in a professional and respectful manner. Clients agree to honor boundaries, instructions, and guidelines provided during any Stargirlintuitive service.
